The small print, in plain English.
My Guide Abroad is a travel guide, not an agency. Here is what that means for you when you use the site and the AI Guide.
Information, not advice
Everything on this site is general travel information. It is not legal, immigration, medical or financial advice. Entry rules, fees and prices change: always confirm with the official source before you travel — we link to them wherever they matter.
Bookings with partners
When you book through a link on this site, your contract is with that company, under their terms. We don’t sell travel ourselves and we’re not responsible for a partner’s service. How affiliate links work.
The AI Guide
Your personal guide is drafted with the help of an AI model from your answers and our notes, and checked before it is sent. It can still contain mistakes — opening hours, prices and conditions change — so treat it as a well-informed starting point and check what matters before you go.
Our content
The text, photos and illustrations on this site belong to My Guide Abroad or are used with permission. You’re welcome to share a link or a short quote with credit; please don’t copy whole guides.
Liability
We work hard to keep every guide accurate, but we can’t guarantee it is complete or current at the moment you read it, and we can’t be held responsible for decisions you make based on it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Questions? Write to us.
